Fast and easy to do business. The salesperson was had called before we got the dealership to make sure that the vehicle was ready for us the view and drive. The vehicle was waiting out front with our name on it. The sales manager met with us to talk over the price and trade in of my vehicle. he came back in a very short time after looking over my vehicle. He explained the pricing and it was in the range that i thought was fair. They explained the septs needed to complete the sale. I would recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

The experience with Automation was great,the associate was was very polite and sure my car was in good hands.I was please to be in there within a timely matter

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

It did take some time to get a price on the vehicle that I was interested in. When I did get a response I was also made aware that the vehicle had been sold days earlier. Tye internet office should be aware of the inventory at hand. At the end the service was good.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Overall experience was o.k., we bought a $60k nearly new car, and had it shipped, the car arrived on the transport with less than 1/8 tank of fuel which we thought was a little crappy, the interior was dirty and had scrapes on the kick panels even after we specifically asked about that area over the phone.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Carl Weston gave me awesome experience when I was looking for my new vehicle plus he mentioned a famous race car driver owns the dealership wish I never knew about so that was cool to know but he is a awesome employee who cares a lot for the customer. I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

We’ve been coming to see Service Advisor Kanoa for years. We currently have 2 Honda CRVs that are being serviced here on a regular basis. Kanoa always goes above and beyond for our vehicular needs. Booking a service visit with Kanoa is always a pleasure. Picking up and dropping off is always a breeze. He always checks to see if I’d need a ride to the dealership after my vehicle is done. He always calls to update me on the status of my vehicle during the service visit. If some parts inspected are not yet due for replacement, he will always advise me on when to do so. If some parts need replacement, he always tries to see if the parts can be replaced under warranty or if he could help me get a discount on the replacement so I can save some money. Also when I got into minor collisions, he would always advise me on the best course of action to take to ensure that my vehicle is repaired ASAP and as efficiently as possible. From my years of experience going to different Honda dealership service advisors, Kanoa is the most consistently helpful service advisor I have ever had the fortune to work with. Kanoa’s colleagues are also very helpful in his absence. Please give Honda Windward a try if you are looking for a honest and reputable service department for your Honda. Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

A couple of frustrating things, like a chip on the door I noticed after getting home. But generally positive.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!
