We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

This month I just hit my 12-Year anniversary of owning my Brilliant Black 2010 S4. Buying it off the showroom floor (something I never do), I traded my 2002 BMW 530i and have never looked back. I snatched it up because, as the author describes, its sport seats are amazingly comfortable and supportive for rides of all lengths. The other reason was because this S4 had the 6-Speed Manual tranny and, as a old hot rodder, that feature spoke to my inner gearhead. I drove it to AZ when I relocated there months later, and the ride & comfort level were perfect! Handling was -- and still is -- like it rides on rails. As for the supercharger, it's simply a quiet BEAST. Nary a sound beyond only the faintest of a whine. And its 60/40 all-wheel drive provides an impressive launch off a light until that silent blower kicks in and brings a broad smile to this driver's face. I baby it more so now, but I still can't help but feel the thrill of taking this sleeper through its gears in quick fashion. It really never gets old. Twelve years on and 140,000 miles, and I have zero regrets. At 100,000 miles, it did require new front bushings (integrated within the control arms). However, I've yet to have to replace its well-made clutch... or the mufflers/exhaust... or the any major internal parts. And the supercharger has been totally maintenance-free. While the engine's rear main seal has finally begun to get a slight leak, only normal maintenance and new tires have had to be done. My original purchase price in 2010 was $51,000 with its only options being: > Full NAV Package > Leather Interior > 5-Tri-Spoke Aluminum Wheels At 12 years old, she looks less than half her age, with desert highway driving not doing any favors to the front-end's finish. But a fresh black paint job to the hood and front nose will resolve that. Passengers frequently comment how great its finish is, and they love that it has a stick shift. I've owned five BMWs (both 3- and 5-series) over the years, but my Audi S4 has probably been the best car purchase I ever made.

I came to your dealership to find a "good" used car, but had no real idea what i was looking for. I was given immediate attention. I told the guy who came up to me that I wanted a "small" car, and he told me he had only one @ this dealership, and he proceeded to show me the Fiat 500, which I took on a test drive and subsequently purchased. When I went inside the "offices area inside", Alexis Drake came up to me right away, and she proceeded to do all of the paperwork, then I saw another fellow doing more paperwork, etc. They proceeded to get gas before purchase, and my car was returned to me having been through a long checklist of tests, and it was clean, polished and looking good.

The car was a 2 year old used car, but was meticulously cared for and lightly driven. Interior was in exceptional condition and it featured the options and color combo I desired.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

Not only a very good little SUV but it's just what I need at this time. I love the engine/transmission and road-holding. The ride is sporty with plenty of feedback from the road. The trunk is a bit on the small side but with the rear seatbacks down it's OK for my needs. I also love the combination exterior/interior - Florentine silver/chestnut leather - I think i am the only car like this in my hometown.
