I have owned myAudi A5 premium plus 2.0T for over 9 years,I am the second owner. I have looked at newer ones and the S5 and the RS5 but have kept firm with the A5. My car is monsoon Gray with saddle interior. I have 51000 miles on it and I get about 25 mpg. The comfortable, quiet ride is only surpassed by the 8 speed at in sport mode as it effortlessly and flawlessly brings me to 70mph on the pa turnpike. Wow, still makes me smile after 9 years and smiles per mile is the most important thing for me now. When I get out of her I still have to take a moment to admire her lines and design. I have owned many cars, from many very competent manufactures but the Audi A6 to me is that 1 girl I will keep forever.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

this was the second time that I was in for what I consider major repairs. Initially, the service tech and I didn't hit it off very well. Then Tim the service manager stepped in and was great to deal with. The repairs were completed in good time and they did a fantastic job. I'm happy I chose this dealership.

Absolutely amazing as always! Made a quick call with Miss T at Front Desk, she got the Service Dept ASAP for an appointment for change on a flat/damaged tire with Dani, in Service. Giovanni helped with the process all the while I was there. He kept constant updates with me on how the car is being managed and how long it will take. Knowing my kids and I outgrew the current A4, I lease with Audi Jack Daniels Upper Saddle River, I gave it a try to browse a bigger car with them. Adam Z in Finance, (super cool guy!) with whom I worked last time to lease my current car, introduced me to Anna Aslanian in Sales and Carlos in Finance. They all worked with me on the best car option and the best monthly lease rate. The entire team just made my day! I drove in to change the spare tire with a new one (NYC - fix the potholes on GWB please!) and I drive out of the dealership with a 2022 Q5! I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.
