My husband and I was wanting to purchase a Toyota truck but wasn't in a hurry. Driving buy we seen one and stopped. Sean greeted us with a big smile, you could tell he was a people person. We looked at one and wanted to see more. He said we have numerous more in our back lot, he started pulling them up on his phone and when we liked one he drove it around for us, so we didn't have to do any walking. Then we went inside and Nathan had us financed and driving away in less than 30 mins. The interest rate was unbelievable, so the payment was less than we planned. He asked us what we wanted to put down. We walked out with a package that covered 2 yrs/26 thou miles. Customer service is very rare to find anymore, but this Dealership has the friendliest staff. Even the 4 paws associate Gunner was exceptionally friendly. Very comfortable doing business.

As I read, don't buy unless you can work on it. Plenty of things broke, but the parts are cheap if you can work on it. All four interior door handles broken, but all four replacements were $40, I put them in. Starter motor bad, $160 and very difficult to install, but did it. Exhaust manifold to engine gasket bad. $20 and very difficult to install. Rubber gators over CV joints, cheap, but very hard to install. Advice: watch Youtube video's, take your time, and don't get aggravated, I told you its difficult...Plus all the plastic fasteners and parts are dry and brittle after 17 years.

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Zack (owner/sales mgr) is easy to deal with. Zero pressure and easy to talk to. Found the car I needed here and the whole transaction concluded well within 1hr of me arriving at the store. The lot seems to have a wide selection of import vehicles to choose from. I would definitely return for my next vehicle purchase, even-though it is a bit of a drive from my home.

I love my elantra. I haven't hardly had any problems with it at all. However I also experienced the paint chipping on my white hyundai. I was also told that it was a rock. Now reading others comments about their paint shipping I question it. I paid out of pocket because it wasn't worth going through insurance with deductible and everything. Other than that I have had absolutely no problem with my Hyundai. I also like the look of it on the outside. I thought about trading for a newer one but I also don't like the styles of the new ones. I wish they still made them like the 2016 exterior. I would love to have a newer one but I would like for it to look like the 2016 hyundai. The reason for that is you could look at the car and see it was a Hyundai elantra. Now I feel like the new launchers look like every other car on the road.

I am amazed everyday I drive this car is just really reliable and simple I have the most basic one but that is also something I appreciate. It's honda at its best pure engineering. I bought this car brand new in 2012. Paid 17k. Worth every penny. It has 63k miles onit right now. Have never done anything other than change the oil and filter. It runs like it is expected. Slow and easy. You won't win no races with it. But it gets my wife to work with no issues. { 5 miles} Rain or snow. We have taken it on several road trips. Including a couple 1000 plus mile trips. Running wide open the whole way. It has no problem. I am a big guy. Very un comfy in most cars. But this I fall right into it and am able to climb back out with ease. The interior is cloth. Its starting to fade. But still no tears or wear marks. Theres nothing fancy about this car. But my wife loves it.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

Haven't purchased a new car to me in over 8 years. Searched numerous used car sights looking for a large SUV. Saw a 2015 on their sight on a Thursday, contacted them (Jacob) on Friday. Explained I lived over an hour away and if I drove out to test drive I needed to know my terms and approval prior to leaving my house. Jacob and the finance team gave me an answer within an hour!! Drove out, seamless buying experience, they even gave me a "we owe" on a problem with the stereo. Just got my Navigator back after THEY spent close to a $1,000 to make it right!! I had a loaner free of charge the whole time 5 star rating from me for the way they treat potential and actual customers! Give Jacob in used car center a call! Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. First, I do have to say that Jordan is a pleasant, respectful, "upcoming" used car salesperson. With his outgoing, friendly, respectful demeanor, he likely could have sold me just about anything. On President's Day, my husband and I drove about 45 minutes, intending to test drive a specific Wrangler at the Used Car division. The test drive went well with us both falling in love with the vehicle. The negotiations went fairly quickly, despite me having no access to my bank to move around $$$$$ and my trade vehicle not being present. There was give and take on both sides- mostly give on mine, LOL. We arrived at an amicable deal on the price, trade, service contract and promise to fix the heated steering wheel. Ziggy, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient. We waited an inordinate amount of time for the title work on my trade to be done. On Wednesday as planned, we returned, with my trade and a check in hand. Apparently Jordan forgot that we were coming as we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be "cleaned and readied for delivery." The dealership was not busy at all that day, with staff congregated around the main desk, laughing and joking. Any other time that I have purchased a vehicle, it has been serviced, cleaned, washed and waiting near the dealership entrance. When Jordan finally handed me the key, confirmed that there was no spare key and informed us that the steering wheel parts were on back order (and could take up to 30 days to arrive,) he bid us good bye and good luck. I asked, "so that's all? Is there anything to sign?" Both Jordan and the Finance Manager assured us we were good to go. Everyone had a good laugh when I asked them if they wanted the $27,400 check. Maybe the laugh will be on me if the documentation I have does not show that they received the check. I have to say that the experience was mostly positive. I only wish that the staff had been more prepared for us to take delivery. Jordan did get some points back when he filled the fuel tank before we left. Time will tell about the steering wheel issue.

from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.

Service at PCJD is always excellent. Good communication about what they are doing. The service techs send small videos by text if they discover any issues. Very helpful.

I love this car. Spacious, smooth, safer, economical both fuel and maintenance. I have owned this car from 2015 brand new, 10 years down the line and I’m still happy and won’t trade it for any other car. Done over 220000kms and still going strong. Kudos to VW in the Jetta 2015 model. No regrets.
