I was pretty nervous about purchasing a vehicle remotely, but I had a wonderful experience buying my Ram Promaster from Bob Caldwell! Everyone I dealt with was professional and committed, including Dino Westerfield in sales and Jeff Kiehle in finance. A special shoutout to Nikita Morgan for always answering the phone with a huge smile in her voice!

Auto Boutique of ColumbusReviews
Auto Boutique of Columbus review
Exceptional Experience with Amie at Auto Boutique! 5/5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ from Auto Boutique, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Amie. From the moment I walked into the dealership, she made the entire process seamless, transparent, and completely stress-free. Why Amie Stands Out Highly Knowledgeable: Amie took the time to truly listen to what I wanted and used her expertise to guide me to the perfect vehicle for my specific needs. EV Expertise: She completely understands the Cadillac LYRIQ and answered all my technical questions about charging times, battery range, and features without hesitation. No Pressure: She gave me the time and space to explore the car, making sure it fit my lifestyle perfectly without ever rushing me into a decision. Thorough Delivery: Before I drove off the lot, she spent extra time sitting in the car with me to set up my profiles, connect my phone, and explain the Super Cruise feature. The 2024 LYRIQ is an incredible vehicle—it drives like a dream and fits my lifestyle perfectly. If you want a premium, hassle-free buying experience with someone who truly cares about getting you the right car, go see Amie at Auto Boutique!
2022 Ford Mustang review
After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

2015 Dodge Challenger review
We drove 633 miles each way to pick up the Challenger Scat Pack of our dreams with a six-speed. Can not get over the immense power of 392 Hemi. Torque for days!!! The over all retro styling is absolutely gorgeous. Could not be more happy with our purchase. Best car and value we have ever owned. Highly recommend.

2021 Lexus RX 350 review
This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

2019 Dodge Challenger review
I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.

2025 Toyota Camry review
I absolutely love my 2025 Heavy Metal Camry SE! It had 15,000 miles on it when I got it. It has a very stylish exterior and interior. Mine has the sunroof, heated seats, heated steering wheel, etc. The upgrades are awesome! Ride quality is so smooth. Changes from the electric motor to the gas motor are hardly noticeable. Very quiet interior that keeps a lot of road noise out. Very easy to use touchscreen display. Has enough power for driving on the highway. If a person wants more power you can put it in sport mode. You’ll just get lower mpg’s. Now depending on how you drive it the mpg’s on this car are amazing! My average is about 46 mpg right now. I’ve gotten as high as 53.7 mpg. It’s so much fun trying to beat your best mpg per trip. Toyota did an amazing job building this car!

2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

My experience with my car Salseman/ Mr Duane Carter was exceptional. I was having anxiety prior to going into the dealership. Mr. Carter and his team were very professional and I was not sitting in the dealership all day. I will recommend Twins Buick and Duane Carter to all my family and friends. Thank you for your experience and professionalism.

Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Erik has been forth-coming, relatable, and super helpful during this difficult time after my new car had been stolen. Replacing a new car was stressful and exhausting. When I walked into Bob Caldwell I wasn’t planning on buying that day even though I had the car in mind, but Erik made the process feel lighter. I hate car shopping by the way, so this says a lot. Thanks Erik!
2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have had zero issues with this car since I bought it in 2022. I only have one complaint that it has to do with a recall. The recall has to do with removing the wiring harness for the trailer hitch but the problem is, there is no replacement wiring harness.

Xavier was a great sales person. Straightforward, no garbage. Jeff Wyler in Columbus offers add-ons, but doesn’t force them on you. That was greatly appreciated.
2020 Toyota Tacoma review
I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

They are efficient and knowledgeable. I know I will always be taken care of here—no worries! Having a rental car for $10 a day while my car is in service is above and beyond.
2025 Toyota Tacoma review
Toyota is just a great brand… My new Tacoma eats a little more gas than my previous one, probably because of the turbo. The performance, however, is great! It’s very comfortable, I notice it the most on long drives. I find the nighttime visibility really good compared to any other car that I’ve ever owned: The tech is okay but I want a lot more.

2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!
2017 Lexus GS 350 review
I bought this 2017 GS 350 as my third GS I’ve owned. It is the best of the 3. I bought it new and had for 10 years. Still looks great and runs the same. I love driving it and will hate giving it up at some point as they no longer make them.

Unlimited Motors Fishers review
I worked with Tim Smith at Unlimited Motors to purchase my Toyota 4Runner. He was extremely helpful, very courteous made me feel that he truly cared about getting me the right deal for the SUV I wanted. He made the process very simple and very relaxed - I have been to other dealerships and worked with pushy salesman, and Tim was opposite of that! I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Tim!
