Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for. Hi Tech Luxury Collection review
After taking my Bentley to several garages, that told me they would be able to fix the car. I was always disappointed when getting it back not fixed but always with a nice big bill on hearing about high-tech. I gave them a call and ask if I could have my car sent to them so they could look at it and tell me if they could fix it. They said they would and I had the car sent from Houston to the dealership in Austin. They did a wonderful job really first class service. I picked the car up a couple of days ago and drove it from Austin back to Houston. The car has never driven as good as it does now I am over the moon with this dealership. I will use them from now on.
