I had a very good experience in getting numerous questions answered about a 2015 Aston-Martin V8 Vantage GT that I was interested in. Unfortunately, and due to personal reasons I had to discontinue pursuing the purchase.

This is simply the best automobile in its class available today. Performance is awesome. Comfort and luxury is unparalleled. And it's beautiful to boot. Expensive, but the best.

Said goodbye to my beloved 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS because of my dislike of the styling of the current model, especially the rear and, but even more so, the "Teslafication" of the interior (spartan v. the rich look and feel of my 2016). Now I have simply taken the chassis, engine and PDK transmission from the Panamera turbo and had a custom Coach builder wrap an exquisite body and interior around and on it, like in the 1920s! Of course there is much more to it than that but it is not so far off the mark. Never saw, road in or drove anything quite so beautiful and wonderful --in every way -- hence the all-fives stars. Apart from one issue with the battery, which was replaced, absolutely nothing was or has gone wrong in this complex and magnificent machine.

Best service ever! Sergio Tadeo, service manager And Flo the transporter, were prompt, informative, and very pleasant. Service was completed on time , and my car was delivered clean and on time.

I originally came in just to look at a different car, but he took the time to really understand what I was looking for and showed me an amazing option that instantly brought me back to my early 30s. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic, which made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. We wrapped everything up quickly and I was on the road in record time. The costs are very, very high LOL I have always received great service! The service team is very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. The final cost is very close to the initial quote, re-work has not been required. They take their time to thoroughly identify the root cause(s) of the problem(s). I have had multiple appointments completed here, mostly for the intermittent Minor & Major Services. The salespeople do not pester you to trade-in or buy :-) The coffee is very good. :-) The lounge is very comfortable :-) The Bentley merch for sale is great, ridiculously expensive tho LOL :-O

Alex was terrific throughout the whole process. We do most of the negotiating by phone because I lived six hours away from Redondo Beach. I got there about 1:00 pm and was on my way home by 3:00 including the test drive. I will recommend Alex to my friends who looking for fine used cars.

This car is so smooth and quiet I forget many times that it is moving. I'm glad I went for it rather than a typical American or Japanese car. I see all the looks my new Bentley gets and feel I'm lucky to be filthy rich enough to afford this car at such a young age.
