I had him running numbers on different vehicles up until the day I went in. I asked to change cars and features until I was happy. Wayne was honest about the deal and was very transparent. Derrick the wiz kid with the infotainment system was extremely helpful too. I love my 2026 X3 and the deal I got.

Reaching out and expressing interest in purchasing a new car, they were very accommodating and provided clear communication, to include instant quotes. Once I purchased my car, it seemed as if the communication has lapsed unfortunately.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.
