The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. It is easy to tell that both Ceandria and Hannah enjoy their jobs, do them exceptionally well and with confidence. Both made me feel at home. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and my next car buying dealership will begin and end with Passport.

Excellent salesman who listened well to our wants and responded swiftly with options. Closing with the finance person was also smooth and solutions-oriented. Wife left pleased and in the exact car she desired.

Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. The BMW 230i x-drive is the car that they should have been making throughout the years. My first BMW was a 1969 2002 which I loved for its sportiness. After they discontinued those cars and started making bigger and bigger vehicles, I lost interest until I test drove a 228i in 2016 and bought it. Loved that car, but wanted some of the safety features in the new 230i especially the LED headlights(the halogens on the 228i were not sufficient).

Everyone at the dealership was positive, caring and truly customer focused. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours, the process was efficient and painless. The selection of cars was incredible and gave me a chance to look and compare with actual vehicles in stock, vs having to order. I will definitely use this dealership again in the future.

This is a review of both the sales and service departments at BMW of Annapolis. We bought 2 SUVs from Annapolis BMW and have recently had our scheduled maintenance on both. Ben in sales and Nicholas in service are both wonderful! Ben is a plethora of BMW knowledge and can steer you in just the right direction for your purchase. Nicholas is straight forward and honest about what needs to be done now and what can wait just a little while longer. The showroom and service waiting area was just renovated and they did a top notch job! There is a very comfortable and well-stocked waiting area in the service department.
