Overall great experience. This dealership leaves the other ones in the dust. Thanks to Rick, Alan, Zen and the lady in the tag department. They made my buying experience seamless and quick. They did not waste my time. They did what they said that they were going to do. I puta deposit down on the car and I had the car the next day.

They were focused in getting my business. Unfortunately, they are merely serving their own interest to profit from their consumers. I was impressed how diligently they were to get me approved. But failed at negotiating a deal that would have been a win-win for buyer and seller. I lost out on getting my dream car due to price gouging and predatory lending.

The way car buying should be!
2019 BMW 230 review
The BMW 230i x-drive is the car that they should have been making throughout the years. My first BMW was a 1969 2002 which I loved for its sportiness. After they discontinued those cars and started making bigger and bigger vehicles, I lost interest until I test drove a 228i in 2016 and bought it. Loved that car, but wanted some of the safety features in the new 230i especially the LED headlights(the halogens on the 228i were not sufficient).

CarMax Dulles review
This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

I understand why BMW of Owings Mills is rated a top dealership. David L. Was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His knowledge about BMW and his customer service was a huge factor in my decision to purchase my 2022 X7. I was in and out the door with my dream car in less than 3 1/2 hours.

I visited this past weekend to have my vehicle serviced for a recall issue that needed to be addressed. I had a scheduled appt. I was welcomed and tended to upon my arrival. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The service took a little longer than expected. While I waited I was updated about other things that needed to be addressed with my vehicle and given the option to have those things completed or deferred.

Michael was very nice, polite and also very knowledgeable. He was the best salesperson that I have dealt with in Columbus. This means a lot to us senior citizens.

Lawrence ChevroletReviews
Lawrence Chevrolet review
I recently had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2026 Traverse from Lawrence Chevrolet, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts! From the moment I walked in, their team was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. Their team took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered expert advice without being pushy. After completing the paperwork, I was given a thorough walkthrough of my new car, making sure I was comfortable with all the features before I drove off. Overall, my experience at Lawrence Chevrolet was top-notch, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Excellent service, friendly staff, and a stress-free environment—what more can you ask for?

Ralph is fantastic! So was every other member of the staff we interacted with when we purchased our pre-owned car last month. We were treated like we were buying the most expensive vehicle at the dealership, when I think it was actually the least expensive. Just a fabulous experience!
