Very good driving environment. I traded a loaded 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Lusso for my 2020 BMW 330i with premium package/Harmon Kardon/ Ambient lighting. The warranty was ending. You do not want to own ANY of these cars without a warranty. To be honest, the Alfa was a little more spirited and engaging drive. The BMW has a better interface, better interior, better sound acoustics, better seats, less wind noise, and a more luxurious feel. The BMW definitely feels a little more premium than the Alfa and makes you feel more coddled while still offering great performance.

I love my new BMW 330i Xdrive. This is our 5th BMW in the family, and we love them. As long as you select one that was well taken care of, it will treat you well too. Very stylish, and I LOVE the new dash assembly that they updated. This car had great tech, and is also fun to drive. Hard to believe there is a 4-cylinder under the hood. Good power for a small 4-cylinder, as the twin turbos do a pretty good job making it fun to drive. Highly recommend the new body style, the awesome looking front end, and the amenities inside are a fantastic upgrade.

Ron was courteous, efficient and helpful. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features. He also provided me with the garage door opener which is no longer featured on the new Hondas at no cost. He always goes out of his way to help and be there when you need him. They don't make them any better than Ron.By the way this was a lease and not a purchase.

He went out of his way to locate the new headlight out of your Houston Toyota location and got the new part in 24 hours and into my car. during this entire process, he paid attention to detail and kept me informed at all times. Was in Houston from out of town, my Transit van had a wheel baring fail as I arrived in town. Took my vehicle into the Sevice dept on Friday afternoon explained that I was from out of town and needed my vehicle for work over the weekend. David Nguyen took complete care of me, ordered the parts and got the van in straight away despite them being busy. Fixed both hubs, and did a full Sevice at the same time. Hubs had to be ordered and were delivered Saturday morning, full Sevice new hubs, brakes and rotors, wheels rotated and balanced etc.. Despite David being off on Saturday he called and gave me updates and the van was ready on Saturday afternoon. Great team, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Sterling.
