I loved my X5, so choosing the same model again felt like coming home. My husband and I don?t enjoy the usual back-and-forth of price negotiations, so we decided once again to use the Costco Auto Program. Our first visit, to the Escondido location, was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. We contacted Costco right away, and they promptly connected us with BMW of Carlsbad?and that?s where everything changed. While I was still on the phone with the Costco representative, Tyler Mezzanares called me directly. From that moment on, the process felt effortless. Over the phone, Tyler immediately understood what I was looking for and quickly emailed several vehicle options so I could compare them side by side. His speed, clarity, and no-nonsense approach instantly impressed me, and we set up an appointment right away. Although they didn?t have the exact exterior color I originally wanted, Tyler?s professionalism and genuine reliability gave me enough confidence to move forward and visit the dealership.
