My car oil change setting was never reset after oil change for 2 years in a row. Not sure why. Good customer service but I had better desk service few years ago. Been coming there for last 7-8 years

Bought a used car and a few days later the Ac wasn?t working. They had to replace the whole AC system didnt pay a cent. A few days later, the rear light stopped working. Went there again, and they gave me a loaner and kept the car for a more thorough inspection. At the beginning, they wanted to charge me for the light, but I pushed back, and they came to their senses and repaired it free of charge. Picked up the car, and another light went on. Breaks. They had done new rotors and pads when I bought the car. It was just a sensor. Got my car finally! Although it was an annoying process, the dealership was always friendly and understanding and did their best to fix all the issues.

I can’t say enough great things about Hadi Islami. This is my second time purchasing a BMW from him and the experience was seamless. Hadi is honest and professional and a pleasure to work with. Wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else !!

X5 required a starter recall and oil change. Both service requests were completed timely. I keep bringing back the car for a reliable service at this location.

My service technician has always been great and overall I?m glad he is with Bmw instead of the competition. I thank him for his service advice and recommendations. As I follow his steps to keeping my M running perfect. He and Bmw of Rockland show you why Bmw service will always out do Mercedes. I watch Mercedes and I can truly say their representatives could care less and they sell one of the most expensive and nice cars as well. But because of their service being so bad in the lack of care how they treat you, it affects the growth of that company. Keep up the good work @bmw and I?ll stay that way. I hope you can see this feedback is 100% honest and a few question anything I say about the other dealer go there look for help and see how you treat it just for yourself but you?ll see I?m correct on this. I just bought a certified pre-owned BMW at BMW peabody. The salesperson i dealt with was Andrew Madigan. He was very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. He answered any and all questions i had and was extremely patient with me. He made the experience easy and enjoyable. The same was true for the finance person, Prerak. He was also polite, courteous, and knowledgable. Both gentlemen made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable!
