I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. Zack, who did the paperwork, was also very polite, and thorough...would recommend Jerry Hunt Auto...ps, and ask for Axel

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

So far the only experience has been great! I have had found a few concerns after the purchase but they have been more than willing to correct them. Overall I am pleased with my purchase!

First, the Service Team at BMW Northlake were all professional, courteous and attentive! I have been with BMW Northlake for 10 years now, and Jeff Day, my Service Advisor, has been the best I ever had! He has always been genuine, sincere, engaging & professional! Couldn't ask for anything more from a Service Advisor! I must comment also on the Service Technician, Christian, who performed the service work on my BMW. He sent me a wonderful video of the work he did on my BMW and he closed with a sincere thank you for being a valued customer at BMW Northlake and thanking me for being a valued & trusting BMW Northlake or providing service on my BMW! JR took great care of my wife and I. We had an oncology appointment which was going to be difficult to get to on time so he arranged ( and paid for) uber. A service... They were willing to work with my availability and help me with the process of buying a car out of town. They had the best price within a 250 mile radius. Doug was very nice and communicated well via phone, email, and text.

Great experience. Steve, our Salesman and David the Sales Manager were very friendly and helpful. I feel like the only negative was the length of time the whole process took waiting on the Finance Manager. It took over an hour to see her. She was very friendly and knowledgeable once we saw her and in her defense, I felt like it was a factory BMW glitch as it took most of our waiting time to finally receive a questionnaire on my phone to answer just a few short questions about how we planned to take care of the car. Again in her defense, most of it was caused by the ridiculous amount of paperwork required to purchase a car. We spent less time in a bank buying a house. It would have also been nice to be introduced to the Service Manager and Parts Manager with a quick tour of the Service Dept. We don?t even know where the Service and Parts Depts. are located. All in all, it was a very positive and nice experience in a lovely dealership. We would give our recommendation to others to purchase a vehicle there.
