It was my first brand new car & like anyone else, all the research on brands and types surely confused me. Through the process of test driving all the vehicles i was being sold on all the good and useless features the cars came with etc. However, as an experienced driver i was looking for a great drivers experience and not a dashboard full of pointless LED back-lit buttons. Day 1: 30 minutes, Kenny shows me how cool Mazda is and the test drive. Day 2: 15 minutes, I tell them that my financing got through and showed the check via email and got my car home. Day 3: Gave the check, got my duplicate key and wrote this review. My APR was a little high and even after we had a done deal, when i mentioned that part, Kenny was kind enough to make a considerable difference on the total value. No negotiation. I said so about my APR and he gave me a reasonable number immediately. ** no desperate follow ups, No selling me on BS upgrades(everyone knows a pair of floor mats do not equate to an extra $500 ;)). He let me drive, decide and pay. As simple as that.** I am not going to say i recommend kenny because if you are reading this, you should know by now that he's the go-to guy at Keffer Mazda.
