After a car accident, our X6 was totaled. We contacted Christian Christie at Roseville BMW. We explained our predicament of needing a car and wanting another X6. Christian immediately went to work and located a new one for us from another dealer. He had it in the store, detailed, and ready the next day. There was a recall announcement for my 2025 X5 50e. My appointment was at 7am. Upon my arrival, I met with my BMW rep Arunveer, who was in a chipper mood for 7am (refreshing). I was able to be placed in a loaner BMW and Arunveer reviewed the steps for the recall (breaking system). Throughout the day, BMW tech sent me a short video of the inspection and an overview of how X-rated (X5) was doing. The service is top-notch and if you are at the BMW location try the new coffee machine :)
