They were honest and trustworthy. The car needs a training course to operate. I wish they trained us better. It's still a 3 hour deal to complete everything. I would recommend them though.

My 2013 335i was in for the replacement of both of the front engine mounts. Our service agent Vianey handled making the appointment for an 8:00 a.m. drop off. Everything went smoothly and the car was ready in the mid-afternoon. The mechanic also checked a low beam light fault and replaced the light bulb. Viney was professional and courteous, communicating with me clearly on the status and condition of the work: Overall it was a very good experience and Vianey did an outstanding job managing the entire process!

I?ve taken my car to Valencia BMW multiple times, and they continue to impress me. Taylor (service advisor) always takes great care of my vehicle and provides excellent customer service. I also had the chance to work with Jose, who explained in detail the work that was done. All in all, a great experience?I?ll definitely keep bringing my vehicles to this location.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Charles Griffith did an outstanding job in servicing our BMW 435. We had a serious issue with the dead battery on this vehicle. Charles was able to work me in during a busy day to replace the battery. I have always been very pleased with the service that Charles has given us. I was looking for a new M340i Xdrive. I am from Corpus Christi, TX and no cars were available. I had an option to order but found my future new car online. I called and spoke with your sales associate, Kelley. There was already a deposit on the vehicle however, the potential buyers were considering not moving forward with the sale. Kelley was VERY responsive in keeping us updated on the status of the vehicle and when the potential buyers chose not to move forward, she immediately notified us. There were 2 other potential buyers behind us but we were able to provide a deposit, drove up to Houston, purchased the vehicle and were on the road driving back home within 90 minutes of our arrival. This was the smoothest purchase I have ever had. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend Kelley.
