Good experience in my visit today, nice people they great and say hi or hello. Some of them are friendly. Some are not, but they over all their a ok. It’s nice to have a good service. And I’m satisfied with the loaner car that they loan to me for a couple of days. And I do appreciate very much.

Just Bought my first BMW 328i Xdrive and was treated excellent by Veronica and David stepped up and made sure I was taken care of when Veronica was on bed rest , Veronica called and text me from bed rest also. while i waited for a windshield took a little while but they also saw a few things on a used car that they did not have to fix but did and i was amazed that they went above what iI would expect on a used car. I was never pressured and Rami in financing never tried to up-sale a warranty. so with a full tank of fuel we drove back to Iowa VERY HAPPY thank you! :)

I had a great experiencing purchasing my car from BMW of West St. Louis. Dawn D. is an excellent person to work with. My purchase was remote and she acted as my eyes and ears, providing a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle I selected as if it were her own. She answered questions, made a video and was readily available to answer questions leading up to and through the purchasing process. The shipping process was seamless with a fast turnaround time. Armin H. was great on the purchasing side of the process. Extremely detailed and clear on cost, warranties, etc. All around great team to work with!

I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. We bought the X3 M50, what we have found out that this SUV is awesome and have enjoyed driving it everyone we get into it. Service Advisor Kevin Coleson was outstanding! He was customer-focused and professional in his advice. The complementary inspection indicated that my X5 needed front brake pads and rotors in addition to the oil/filter change and brake flush I came in for. I am grateful for this heads-up! I appreciate the U. S. Military Veterans? discount as well. Kevin also replaced the batteries in both of my key fobs as well as coaching me on questions I had on the use of the My BMW app! Plaza Range Rover and BMW Service groups has consistently exceeded my expectations over the past 15 years!

Caroline boaz is the best representation on how the standard should be when dealing with repairs and customer service. I went to a different bmw dealer strictly in Manchester and they screwed me. Caroline had came in and saved the day. I took my car to plaza bmw and they were on top of it immediately.
