We had in mind a date that would work for us to replace our 2006 Prius that had 213k miles on it. I kept tabs on all the local area dealers for a red 2018. As the choices narrowed, I got in contact with Cody Pavish by email. He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there.
This was my second purchase here and it was the best experience i have ever had by a new car of any other dealer. Craig was our salesman and he made the process a breeze could not ask for better service. Will be back the next time i purchase a vehicle.
Quentin Johnson is a phenomenal sales rep- knowledgable about the vehicles, without the aggressive sales pitch I have come to expect car shopping. I would purchase a Mercedes from him any day, and Plaza is truly lucky to have him on their team.
While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. She said send it on over and she'd get it looked at and see what they could do. She called back later that day and told me the problem and said the parts were in stock and she thought they could get it finished by the time my meeting was over. True to her word the car was ready as promised! Great service!
I can honestly say that I actually LOOK FORWARD to bringing my car in for service because everyone is always professional, friendly and patient. Especially Amanda Suraci, who always takes the time to explain the recommended services as well as my options. Amanda is a GREAT employee and Autohaus is a great dealership!
I just wanted to acknowledge the incredible automotive repair service and customer care I recently received from the Autohaus BMW team. After being subjected to an incredibly frustrating repair issue at my hometown BMW dealership, I made the trip down to Autohaus BMW and was treated as a truly valued customer and my automotive issue was quickly resolved. Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.
The sales rep spoke with me at length about my own needs for my next car and showed me a number of different cars on the lot. He did not make me feel pressured to buy, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the car before I bought it. If I still live in this area next time I need a car I will be returning.
