I have been dreading the car buying market because, for the last couple of years, the shadiness of dealers was taken to a whole new level. I had my name on a waitlist for a car, and it didn't seem like they were getting any anytime soon, so my husband told me I needed to make a decision. So, I was looking at a Mercedes, and my student mentioned that the new BMW X1 was worth checking out. I am SO glad that I did. We walked into the dealership, and were warmly greeted by the front desk. Shannon Polsgrove greeted us, and offered to help us. I told her what I wanted and asked her if we could build one out. She was so positive, fun, helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel like I was ordering their top car in the dealership, and was patient with all of my questions. She gave her honest opinion about color and build, and the experience that I had been dreading for months turned into a fun and happy one, and I built a car that I am super excited about, after two years of not being excited about any. We also met the manager, Steve Williams, who was just as friendly and patient. Mind you, it was past closing at this point, and neither of them were rushing us, even with knowing that we still had the Mercedes to look at. We left and went to the dealership down the road, and had the exact opposite experience. I won't get into details here, but it solidified my decision that BMW of Farmington Hills was the relationship I wanted to create. We called the next day and placed a deposit, and as promised, we placed our order with the exact build, and were immediately given a production number, where we could track our truck. I have been told by so many dealerships that you don't get to pick anymore, and you get whatever comes in, and I'm happy to say, that is not the case with this dealership. Everything was stress-free and positive, and I can't wait till my car comes in! I have been telling everyone about my experience, because it really was unlike any car experience I've ever had! They have a customer for life with me! And now my family and friends are all interested in a BMW.

I was a walk in first time customer and assigned to Mr. Raj Pallai an experienced salesman. He was affable, intelligent, competent and quite responsive both to phone calls and email requests. His pricing was very competitive and he followed through on what he said he was going to deliver. It was refreshing to work with such a professional.

As a retired Automotive Professional I've driven literally hundreds of car over my 40 year career. So, I decided as a retirement present to myself, I would go luxury this time. I bought mine certified pre-owned with only 15,000 miles on it. The quietness, the handling, are as good or better than anything. When passing, the acceleration is smooth and clean. The only drawback is that if you don't pay attention, you'll find yourself going 80.

Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

Almost 4 years of driving experience, 35000 km , reliable, gas saving, quiet and comfortable.fast , but you need to add premium gas, generally, this car is a great choice

I did my initial inquiry via email exchange. The client advisor was excellent, answered all questions promptly and never once pressured me. I was skeptical of the "no haggling" at first, but after some research they were by far the best deal in 5 nearby states. I drove 3 1/2 hrs across state to do a test drive and they were true to all info presented. Fantastic pre-owned car, great customer service...so I bought it. They worked everything out so I did not have to do multiple trips.

This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

If you're like me, taking your car for service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy.  I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said 'no' thinking I had a spare.  Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Fahad and his manager Jim, answered all of my questions and showed me everything that I wanted to see. There was absolutely none our the “usual” high pressure salesmanship, with repeated phone calls and messages.I already know where my next car will be purchased from.

Kevin went WAY out of his way to help me with a new car I purchased from him. Before I took it home, they replaced a wheel bearing. However, a week later the same bearing went bad again and the ABS light kept coming on and off. He offered to fix it again and they ended up replacing the entire knuckle. He picked the car up from my boyfriend's work 15 minutes away and left him his personal car. We accidentally didn't have much gas left in the car and he even put a few bucks in (which I feel really about!). He's been very honest and has communicated well with me since day one. Beautiful 5 series AWD BMW. I just purchased all New tires. I have Good maintenance records. All leather black on black. Fully loaded with mp3 and Bluetooth. Heated seats and plenty of leg room front and back. Auto seats up front with memory seat on drivers side
