Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. Like the car, performance is all I expected, gas mileage is better than I expected, has had couple minor electronic bugs but dealer service excellent.

My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!

I purchased the 540i xDrive with shadowline package in March 2022. The exterior is absolutely beautiful, The vehicle handles very well. Excellent acceleration. I love the option to be able to switch driving element from economy, comfort or sport. Driver assist works great; even on curves. There’s not much back seat room to move your feet, or if you have big feet, but overall a very comfortable vehicle. I can’t think of any other luxury sedan I’d select over it.

I recently bought a BMW 540i xdrive. It has ample acceleration, excellent handling on curves, a ride that is neither harsh nor floaty, and gets decent mileage. Wind and road noise are well suppressed, and the Harmon-Kardon stereo system is excellent. The built-in navigation system is also the best of those I've experienced. The trunk is adequate for vacation traveling, the rear seat folds, and there is adequate leg room for rear passengers. The only drawbacks are that the car was over-engineered with three different ways of doing almost everything: voice command, iDrive, and touch screen. The owner's manual is available online and in printed format, but the instructions are difficult to find and to follow. There are some features missing in a passenger car in this price and size segment: rear seat temperature control, and passenger seat memory. I also find the standard front seats a little narrow compared to the Volvo I had been driving.

I had a genuinely great experience working with Madison. He was super straightforward from the beginning and made the entire process stress-free. Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

This is my first new BMW in 10 years. Although a few touches remain the same, the car is mostly a new design. The interior is sumptuous in the cognac color; the light package allows for a change in ambiance and feeling. There are three driving modes that add to the feel of the wheel and car. The new 48 volt electrical system overcomes the stop mode so that I can pull away from a stop with smooth ease. The engine is a power house with a smooth and potent turbo. I added the larger brakes with the red calipers for stopping and looks with the 19" wheels. Very happy with the purchase.

Excellent service handling by Service Advisor Mark Stak. The recommended job was to replace the Timing Belt, water pump and belts on my 2017 Honda Accord Touring V-6 Sedan. Mark arranged me a loaner car for the day and everything went without a hitch. Thank you!

I had an issue with my Rolls Royce and was not happy. Steve Grossman stepped in and after a few days he made me very happy and really took care of me. As a former dealer and Auto executive Steve Grossman did a great job. I recommend the Veanan group in West Palm
