My 2013 335i was in for the replacement of both of the front engine mounts. Our service agent Vianey handled making the appointment for an 8:00 a.m. drop off. Everything went smoothly and the car was ready in the mid-afternoon. The mechanic also checked a low beam light fault and replaced the light bulb. Viney was professional and courteous, communicating with me clearly on the status and condition of the work: Overall it was a very good experience and Vianey did an outstanding job managing the entire process!

In my opinion, he went above and beyond what was normally done. While signing the paperwork, I was asked by multiple sales personnel if I needed anything. Everyone was friendly and gave you the impression that they were there to help if I needed anything while my sales rep was shuffling the paperwork back-and-forth.
