I looked at a Hummer EV here just out of curiosity. I wasn’t planning to buy, but they calmly showed everything, explained charging and daily use, and didn’t react negatively to just looking. It felt like they were genuinely fine with you coming to learn.

I’m strictly a service customer and bring my older Acadia here. Scheduling through the website works without phone calls, confirmation comes by email and reminders by text. When I arrive they already know what to do and I just hand over the keys. I wish all dealers worked like this.

Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

Bought a 2016 Maserati Gran Turismo from Ismail and couldn't be happier. Sent an email via cars.com on Sunday night at 8:50 got a return email at 9:00 from Ismail who was great to deal with.As it was a 6 plus hour drive they held the car for me.The car was exactly as represented.There was a small imperfection on the rear bumper which I would have been ok with touching up but they wanted to repaint the bumper. Ismail then told me that as we had travelled so far they would deliver the car to our home.It arrived on time as promised. I am very fussy about bodywork and they did an excellent job. One feature I hadn’t seen before: when I submitted a “buy from home” request, the manager sent not only photos but also a short walk-around video of the car from that day, showing the mileage on the dash and close-ups of scratches. It really felt like being there in person.
