Two visits with Eric Federico and we walked out buying a new Ford Bronco Sport right off the lot! No pressure from Eric and we happened to love the car Wayne Ford had right there. We went there thinking we wanted an Edge and changed our minds after Eric told us it was discontinued. The Bronco fit our needs and we love it!! After owning 10 Fords in my lifetime I love this one the most. But then again I loved them all. Ford is a great product!

It felt like the manager was tired. But he wasn’t rude or annoyed - just a bit exhausted. He helped choose the car, explained everything. I wasn’t expecting anything special, so I left feeling fine.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. I received an immediate and thorough response to my inquiry. My first reaction was to explain, via email, that this was not the for me. As I thought about impressed I was by the sales representative, I decided to drive down the next day to check out the car. In person, the car was much sharper than I expected and we made the deal!

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! I hate overselling, and here it was the opposite - calm, no pressure. They let me inspect the car, put it on the lift, check the paperwork. Mileage honest, car clean. Bought it and forgot about headaches - respect.
