I accidentally clicked on the "check availability" button while scrolling (for the umpteenth time) pics of a car I'm lusting after. To my surprise, I got an email from Robbie at BMW of Spokane within 15min of my accidental click - and he shared a video walk-around of the car I'd been looking at. He then gave me a call a few minutes after that, asking if I had any questions he could help with. That is some pretty fantastic, low-pressure customer engagement! Even though I wasn't ready to buy anything (yet!), Robbie was kind enough to talk about the car a bit and let me know he's happy to help if/when I want to move forward. All told, this was one of the more pleasant car dealer interactions I've had!

CJ is the man! CJ made our car buying process so simple and easy. We felt like we were in good hands the entire time. This car is incredible. It is so fast right front the factory and has so much luxury and comfort I am blown away. I have owned over 20 cars and this is by far the best one. Every time I slide into the driver seat and cruise around it brings nothing but smiles to my face.

I am always happy with the service I receive at Orange Park Acura. They greet you at the door. Most important the service representative take time to explain all needed repairs.

Service was excellent in the past, however, it has declined over the last two years. I had a conversation with my service technician and this visit was better. They were much more communicative.

Replaced my 911 with a Panamera 4 and then with this M5 Competition for my 2 growing kids. There's a world on difference between Panamera 4 and the M5. This is a supercar disguised like a 5 series. Draws less attention and a pure driver's car.

Jerry Eberts is the best! He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer any and all questions. And he always answers his phone or returns my calls very promptly. Jerry even came to our home and picked us up and drove us to the dealership to pick up my new GLE 350. Even after the sale he still answers my calls or returns the call. I have owned 10 different 911's. I found the M5 was faster, had much more room for people and stuff, and unlike Porsche provides a ton of standard features. Porsche charges for every option, and many should in my opinion be standard at this price point. Driving the M5 is a thrill every single day. It is my absolute favorite car of all time.

The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.
