This is the second automobile I have purchased from this dealership. I have been extremely happy with the service and quality here. Joseph Rossman was very helpful and showed me several features that I was unfamiliar with. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the features in such a way that I could understand. He was patient and even doubled back to things I was a little unsure of. I would gladly recommend this dealership to my friends. The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

This car is incredible. It is so fast right front the factory and has so much luxury and comfort I am blown away. I have owned over 20 cars and this is by far the best one. Every time I slide into the driver seat and cruise around it brings nothing but smiles to my face.

GLE 350 check engine light popped on and car would not go faster than 20 MPH. Got an appointment that afternoon and limped into dealership. Received a brand new loaner. Had car repaired within 36 hours.

To my surprise, I got an email from Robbie at BMW of Spokane within 15min of my accidental click - and he shared a video walk-around of the car I'd been looking at. He then gave me a call a few minutes after that, asking if I had any questions he could help with. That is some pretty fantastic, low-pressure customer engagement! Even though I wasn't ready to buy anything (yet!), Robbie was kind enough to talk about the car a bit and let me know he's happy to help if/when I want to move forward. All told, this was one of the more pleasant car dealer interactions I've had!

CJ is the man! CJ made our car buying process so simple and easy. We felt like we were in good hands the entire time. I had to switch from a two door sports car to a four door car. The M5 is just as great as a smaller sport car. The performance is awesome.

Amazing mix of super performance, high technology, and luxury amenities. Has 617 BHP, all-wheel drive, dynamic driving modes, and massaging seats! The only change I would make is for rear-wheel steering (counter steering at low speeds) to shorten the turning radius.

Replaced my 911 with a Panamera 4 and then with this M5 Competition for my 2 growing kids. There's a world on difference between Panamera 4 and the M5. This is a supercar disguised like a 5 series. Draws less attention and a pure driver's car.

I have owned 10 different 911's. I found the M5 was faster, had much more room for people and stuff, and unlike Porsche provides a ton of standard features. Porsche charges for every option, and many should in my opinion be standard at this price point. Driving the M5 is a thrill every single day. It is my absolute favorite car of all time.
