The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

I had the honor of working with Russ Millard on the design and purchase of our new X3. Russ was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the design process along with a fair negotiation on the price and execution of the sale.
