Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

It was a slow process but the sales team was able to come to an agreement with me and my wife. I told them it was not simply matter of getting the best deal we could, but that we flexed as much as possible and that the dealership had to adjust to meet our financial parameters which they did. Otherwise we would not have been able to leave with the vehicle.

Awesome, solid well built suv. Good milage, great performance. A solid, reliable safe vehicle. By BMW recertified. Best vehicle I have ever owned. I would buy one again. I also own an Audi and Toyota.

I love my Bmw. It’s a 2013 and it still runs great. I like the attention that she gets from your service department in. Jacob is extremely helpful and supportive with my recommendations and services.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

The BMW X1 has a handsome cabin full of premium materials. Space is reasonably good for a small SUV, with a nice amount of head- and legroom in both rows. The engine produces ample power for daily driving. Whether you are commuting down the highway, driving to the grocery store, or taking off quickly from a red light, the BMW X1 can do it all.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I was actually looking to purchase another car, but ended up seeing another Cadillac to my liking. Aaron, Bennett, and Sherrie made my simple deal even more easy with their outstanding customer service. Treated me like family and we even watched the Kentucky Derby together after the deal was done. 2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

So reliable and fun to drive, even in snow. I’m tall and seats are comfy, even in rear. Very versatile with good cargo space. Love the kick-to-open rear door. Mileage is around 28 mpg, it requires premium fuel. It drives a little sluggish when not in Sport mode.

Dave at North Naperville Autos gave excellent customer service and helped me buy a car/Hyundai Santa Fe Limited at a great price. He also made such the car had new tires and a complete inspection. We are very pleased with the service and car. I highly recommend this dealership. They also ship cars!!

Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

I have purchased two cars from this dealer the first being a 2013 BMW X6 and the second being a range rover both experiences were amazing. Both times I worked with Brandon Powe. He is extremely helpful and consistent and process was quick and smooth. Also, they have a some of the best prices I’ve ever seen for luxury vehicles my BMW I purchased from them back in 2021 I have not had any major issues out of it and it runs great. The range rover I bought for my little sister last month and she loves it. No issues at all. I have absolutely no complaints and will be back to buy my next car from them. Its too soon to know about reliability but the performance is outstanding. It maneuvers beautifully in city traffic as well as interstate driving. It is quiet and feels put together well.

I’ve had this car for seven years. I’ve had to change the water pump once two years ago and just recently the valve gasket. apart from that over the last seven years nothing else needed to be fixed or replaced. Currently has just over 150,000 km. I absolutely love this car drives super well. It’s not a lemon doesn’t give me any headache, I live in Canada in the winter it is very icy lots of snow and I just have no issue whatsoever with his vehicle. Car is paid off still looks brand new no rust scratches just as white as the day I purchased it. I cannot recommend this car enough. I absolutely love it. Also, the service of BMW when it was guaranteed, was beyond excellent , if I had to buy another car, I would most probably buy another BMW. I’m gonna use this car until it completely gives out. I can’t imagine that happening anytime soon as it is still in mint condition in my opinion.
