I had Wendy Osterman as our Client Advisor, I have been buying Dodge vehicles since 1984. This is the first time I stepped away from the Dodge family and purchased my first BMW. I was looking for a new M340i Xdrive. I am from Corpus Christi, TX and no cars were available. I had an option to order but found my future new car online. I called and spoke with your sales associate, Kelley. There was already a deposit on the vehicle however, the potential buyers were considering not moving forward with the sale. Kelley was VERY responsive in keeping us updated on the status of the vehicle and when the potential buyers chose not to move forward, she immediately notified us. There were 2 other potential buyers behind us but we were able to provide a deposit, drove up to Houston, purchased the vehicle and were on the road driving back home within 90 minutes of our arrival. This was the smoothest purchase I have ever had. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend Kelley.
