Great and friendly staff! Saw a few customers when I visited so that usually means good business and good businesses means happy customers! Joseph Rossman gave me and my wife the encore delivery session about our car, a Subaru crosstrek. He was very informative, showed us the ins and outs and answered all of our questions readily. He’s very knowledgeable about the cars and has a great sense of humor.

I had this car for several years. In that time, it was a great car. The only downside to the car was the fact that it was a BMW, so I couldn't take it to any old mechanic shop to get the oil changed. The car has great pickup and breaking, and is great for long distance rides. It's a smaller SUV, but there's still plenty of room. And when I got into an accident, it functioned correctly and kept me and other safe. The airbags deployed like they were supposed to. The only reason I ever got rid of this car was because it was totaled.

Last month I purchased a 2024 Honda CRV for my daughter. This was the best vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Our salesman Delmar was professional and had genuine interest in the sales process and provided all the information I requested. The most practical car we ever bought, combination of luxury and performance is the best we ever had. The X3 has great traction for winter and the 6 cylinder turbo has plenty of power and super smooth even in comfort mode.

I recently bought a Ram pickup at Frankman and two days later had an issue arise . You always wonder how you be treated in such a situation. Well , it was a great experience, they took care of the problem and did it in the friendliest of manner. I will definitely be back and would recommend Frankman for buying a vehicle. My sales person Matt was awesome, but everyone I talked to was great ! Great customer service does still exist!

Its a diesel and I had to add DEF within a couple of days of purchase because someone changed the oil but didn't add DEF per the manual. Otherwise, all great.

It Had no motor so I had very little intrest in buying it thank you

As soon as I walked in he greeted me and my mom, asked me a few questions and knew EXACTLY what I wanted in a car and he provided me just that!
