Used 2020 BMW X3 for sale near Rochester, MN

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

I've bought 4 vehicles from this dealership as a return customer die the the (CPR) - Courtesy - Respect - Professionalism I live in Delaware and make the journey for these three requirements for me to purchase. Ask for Lou 😉

Love the X3! Comfortable and pretty good on gas.., smoot ride and so far been great with commuting. Will most likely purchase the x5 for a little more space for traveling.

In 2020 during the height of the pandemic (no cars available anywhere) we went to Dan Diamond to find a replacement for our E450 wagon. In a couple of weeks Dan found us the perfect car. Six months ago I went to Dan who found me a new CLE 300 at a great price. I love it. Last week (Friday night at about 5PM) I discovered that my trunk would not open. My golf bag was keeping the trunk lid from opening. I called Dan. We worked through some trouble shooting ideas that didn’t work. He said he would confer with one of his technicians and call me back. At 7PM he called with the technician who came up with a fix to open my trunk. Problem solved! This was incredible service. Dan checks in with me regularly just to see if everything is OK. This review is for Carrie Burrill. My wife and I just purchased a 2026 XC 40. The experience was outstanding with a very smooth process that was professional, detail oriented and thorough. I have purchased many cars over the years and typically have to spend countless hours going back and forth with the salesperson, salesmanager and even the GM. This time, it was just Carrie (she is sales and managment) and she was fair, honest and willing to meet me at a point that allowed both the dealership and myself to earn a solid transaction. No games, or creative spins, but rather just putting it together and making it work, quickly and easily. We picked up the car two days later, and everything went smooth.
