This dealer had great customer service from beginner to end. The salesperson was friendly, no pressure which I appreciated and if he did not know an answer he found it for us. The procurement part took awhile like expected but they worked with us until we were comfortable with the loan.

This is my 5th lease with Crevier BMW, and my sales associate Peter was amazing as always. Knowing I might be over in mileage, he was able to get me out of my lease early and into a new vehicle. He went out of his way to come in on his day off in order to get the deal closed. I was in and out of the dealership in two hours flat. Peter was helpful and super friendly but this dealer didn’t tell me the car needs a brake job and on the freeway driving home I noticed that it did. Steering wheel was shaking and vibrating when u hit the brakes while going 70mph, lower speeds not so much. Also somehow my loan that I was pre approved with chase was declined and I went with bmws loan. 63440 price tag I put 40800 down and some how I owe them 37k now. Mean while there is a spacer on the back tires and on the freeway u hear this load noise and feels like your driving an off-road truck.

Service advisor was professional courteous and knowledgeable. Advised all that needs to be done but was not pushy which is greatly appreciated. Took good care of the car.

I had been reviewing your cars on your website for about a month. I had favored a 2023 X2 on the site. I tracked it for about a month. When I finally had some time I decided to come test drive it. When I arrrived with my friend, we walked the lot looking at all the different cars. We were greeted by Alex Dimov while looking for cars. I told him that I was looking for a particular car and he pointed it out right away. He asked me if I wanted to test drive it? and away we went. While we were driving we had very pleasant conversation. He is extremely easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. Once we got back we decided to explore maybe purchasing the car. We sat down talked business, did a lil negotiating of price and a deal was made. I have to say Alex made the whole transaction pretty much painless. It felt more like a conversation than a negotiation. He knows how to talk to people and make them feel comfortable in what some might say a is a stressful situation. I didn?t feel any stress or being uncomfortable during the purchase process. Once a price was agreed upon Alex introduced me to the finance guy?. Sorry I forgot his name. He was also very easy to talk to and kept it stress free. While I was with him, Alex had the car detailed and fueled. When i finished with finance Alex walked me over to my new car handed me the key and took pictures for me. He was very helpful in explaining how to operate the car. Lots of bells and whistles I never used before. Alex was so patient teaching me. He actually help me set up the Apple CarPlay and a few other things. He let me know if I had any other questions or concerns I could call him for help. The next day he did text me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed any assistance. I feel lucky and blessed he was my Salesman. Such a pleasant, stress free and almost fun experience because of Alex.
