My wife and I had an enjoyable time buying our 2026 M2. The salespeople including Yeasin and Sales manager Frank couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. To our surprise, we came away with the vehicle that day after trading in two vehicles and adding some cash to make up the difference. I purchased a new 2025 7 Series and worked with Justin Dressel. He was a pleasure with whom to work. He kept me up to date thru the entire process and since then has readily returned phone calls when I have had questions. I would want to work with him if I wanted to purchase another BMW.

I had a day after Christmas waiting appt at 9am,no traffic so I arrived at 830,they took my car right away,I met with Charles German(awesome) and we covered what I needed done,,insp and oil chg/service,Charles told me it would be about 2 hrs maybe a little more to address my concerns,the technician Jake sent me a video and explanation of what he was doing,he made a repair of something that I had no clue that it was broken "thanks Jake" great catch,I was out the door at 11:10,they washed the car for me which was most appreciated, overall I had a great experience and again Charles was fantastic,addressed my concerns and finished up when he said he would,I have had some horrific services on other vehicles at other places,I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles here.
