Smoothest and most professional car buying experience I have had over the years. The dealership was transparent as to the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person made it clear she was not paid on commission and so I knew her input was not motivated to sell me a higher priced vehicle for her self interest. The sales person was a true professional from the very beginning.

Tony Rocha is one of the finest and diligent salespersons I have ever worked with. He responded to my Cars.com evening inquiry the very next morning before the dealership was open. They truly earn customer loyalty through top-notch service, knowledge of BMWs in general, and promote building the car of your dreams, including the individual select exterior colors. We have owned over 50 BMWs since 1978, and it is refreshing to find a staff and dealership that practices "old school" customer care and support! This is after only visiting the dealership once, purchasing an X3 M, and concluding this is our new "happy place" for all of our BMWs (M5, M3, MZ3, 2002, Z4, 740 msport, etc)!
