I had a great experience in my new purchase. The sales team was great and very time efficient. My vehicle was washed and prepared ready to go by the time I got to the dealership. Very professional.

Peter was helpful and super friendly but this dealer didn’t tell me the car needs a brake job and on the freeway driving home I noticed that it did. Steering wheel was shaking and vibrating when u hit the brakes while going 70mph, lower speeds not so much. Also somehow my loan that I was pre approved with chase was declined and I went with bmws loan. 63440 price tag I put 40800 down and some how I owe them 37k now. Mean while there is a spacer on the back tires and on the freeway u hear this load noise and feels like your driving an off-road truck.

This review is for sales. I live in Northern California but found a car that was optioned the way that I wanted at Sterling. I started an online chat and reached Joseph, the internet sales manager. He was an exceptional sales person throughout the entire experience. We quickly got to a very good price with no pressure or haggling and he walked me through all of my lease options. I really appreciated that as it was my first lease. Joseph was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and never hesitated to provide excellent service. Took my vehicle for a warranty repair. The service was excellent; they gave ma free a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair, the communication was prompt ans accurate on their side and the personnel was very courteous at all times.

Love the high end look of this dealership. You can tell they take pride in the appearance. I’ve even met Boris Said! Pretty cool. They have a complimentary coffee machine that makes lattes, macchiatos, black coffee, espresso, and hot chocolate. It’s not one of those cheap kureig machines. They also have complimentary chilled bottled water. The real reason I keep coming back though is my service advisor. Alex Harmsen is great to work with. She’s friendly, a great listener, and knowledgeable. I’ve known her since I got my first BMW here in 2012.
