My wife and I recently bought a gently used BMW x5 xdrive 50e at Laurel BMW. The showroom is beautiful, the selection wonderful and Jason, our salesman, was polite, not pushy, informative, and knowledgeable! That clicked a lot of boxes for us, as our experiences at other dealerships has been mixed. We found the perfect car. It sits up high enough for my pretty short wife and rides like a dream. Exceptional experience. The entire staff is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Service is always completed in a timely manner. As an added bonus the technician sends a live video to the customer as he is performing the vehicle’s diagnostics.

Seamless experience. I recently experienced a cracked windshield on my Z4. They arranged the repair, had an excellent loaner available for me and all was accomplished before I expected. Never had a problem with this dealership.
