STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Just purchased another X3, and once again I wouldn’t think of going anywhere but BMW Fresno. I’ve been working with Radford for about fifteen years, and he is truly the best—by far. He’s never pushy, always calm and approachable, and he consistently provides helpful information that makes it easy to make the right decision. The rest of the team is fantastic as well. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. Even though the car-buying process can be long, it always seems to fly by thanks to the personable and fun atmosphere at BMW Fresno. Purchasing my vehicles here has always been a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t consider doing business with anyone other than Radford and the amazing team at BMW Fresno. Thank you all for turning what could be a daunting process into an exceptional one!

I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.
