I brought my car in for a minor repair. The service department was professional and got the job done well. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the quality of the work was top-notch, and they kept me informed about the progress.

Excellent driving experience. Safety features exceptional. Heads up display very useful. Body style super. Red metallic paint very attractive. Visibility with all the cameras a serious plus.

This has been the easiest buying experience ever in my life. I live in Bloomfield, NJ. I saw a low mileage 2018 Honda CRV advertised from BMW of Greenwich on the internet. I called the dealership about the vehicle. I was instantly put on the the phone to Tom Forte. This man in his own words "Is old school". What a gentleman! I told him want I hoped to pay for the car and explained I didn't want drive all the way to Connecticut to haggle over price. Tom Forte immediately contacted his manager to see if we might have a meeting of the minds. Tom quickly emailed me a quote which was close to the price I was hoping for. I took a trip up to Connecticut. I took the car out for a test drive. Their was NO pressure at all. I knew immediately, I liked the vehicle. Tom got an appraisal done on my trade in a matter of minutes after the test drive. He next presented me with an out the door offer, that I thought was GREAT! But I promised myself I wanted to see another vehicle in White Plains. So I told Tom that. Tom did not try to dissuade me in any way. He told me to get back to him if I was interested in completing the deal at BMW of Greenwich. The Honda dealership in White Plains could learn a few things from the folks at BMW of Greenwich! They made me wait at ten minute to talk to me and then another at least a half hour before they could locate the car a wanted to see. The car smelled of old cigarette smoke, and it had other issues. Needless to say, I contacted Tom Forte immediately upon leaving that dealership. I have no regrets! Tom made me feel like a valued customer. On pick-up day, the car was bright and shining and ready to go. Tom offered me coffee and snacks while I was escorted to the finance officer's office. Again, no pressure and no wasting my time, but certainly a warm cordial atmosphere while finalizing all my paper work! Would I like to buy another car from this dealership???? You bet I would! Anytime!! I highly recommend Tom Forte and the staff at Greenwich. Thank-you all for making my buying experience, relaxing, easy, and fun! I love my Honda too! - Maybe next time I'll come back for a BMW!

The car is great very fast suv the only problem the wind noise and change the tires the run flat tire for all season noise reduce little bit but besides that so far so good 👍I’m recommend

I visited on the second day being opened and had a great experience in buying a 2022 Explorer and trading in a 2016. It was seamless. Had an issue with the new car that turned out to be a factory defect that they had Ford correct. All good. I’ll be back.

1 week ago traded my 2020 BMW X3M for the 2023 X4 M40i. Now I’ll be able to drive the car all year round! Living in NH my X3M was in a garage from Nov - March :-( Yes the X4 M40i isn’t as quick, but close. It does have better styling, more sporty looking and a much smoother drive, X3M was a very aggressive drive which didn’t bother me…much! Overall this feels “just right”!

My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. After almost 10 years, I’m thrilled to have a BMW back in my garage. Highly recommended!

This is the second car I purchased from this dealer. In March, I purchased a 22' Outlander SEL for my company car. This week I went back and purchased another 22 Outlander SEL for my wife! I can't say enough about my 2020 BMW X4. I found excuses to drive, just to take it out and throw it around corners (to quote my son, who also oddly found just as many excuses to drive). Competent in snow, secure on dirt/gravel roads, I felt secure in driving in whatever rural Montana tossed my way. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. Controls are easy to access and displays are very clear/easy to read. Sufficient power to conquer mountain passes, and my average fuel economy (driving like an idiot at times) hovered around 29-30 mpg. Cargo space... to quote one reviewer, "I'm not the ****** UPS man" - if you need cargo space, go with the X3 or X5 (and look like just about every other driver in Bozeman MT). We moved our son to school (all of his stuff, and 3 adults) in the X4 w/o any issues. It's roomier than reviews make it out to be. No issues with reliability, and it is the safest vehicle I've ever owned. I was t-boned by a driver (who was on her phone) doing at least 25 mph & while her car was destroyed, mine was injured but driveable, and I was uninjured despite her slamming directly into the driver's side. I would gladly recommend an X4; it's the best of all worlds providing comfort/sporty driving, 8" clearance, and a bit of space in the back end. And it's not "silly looking". You won't regret it.

This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW
