He was very professional and explained everything to me along the way. Joe helped me with the financing aspect of the process and he did a great job as well.

I would say my experience was positive. I paid cash, drove the car home, and Patrick assured me that if anything comes up, I can return and they will help. It feels great knowing he stands by his word.

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. Chris and Mike and the entire staff at Sunrise Chevy made the trade and sale and finance real easy.They asked what vehicle I wanted, and they made it happen. Glen Cove Volvo far surpasses the phrase customer service. As soon as you drive up for service there is someone there to greet you with a smile and to make sure all of your questions and needs are answered. Whether your car is in for an hour or a few days they constantly aren’t in touch with you to let you know the progress and how soon they will have your car back to you. When I picked up my car it was ready for me completely cleaned inside and out and all I had to do was exchange the keys of the loaner vehicle I was using get into my car and on the way I went. A special thank you goes out to Bob the service manager who handled my car and Glen Cove Volvo is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee.

I even received a video of the final inspection, detailing everything that was completed and highlighting other areas of concern.
