New and used 2025 BMW X5 for sale near Malvern, PA

Knew what I was looking for and they had it. Cut a very fair deal over phone. When I picked up car it was just as described. Great experience overall!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Called in to check out a LS to see if they made major upgrades. Sales representative Anthony E was who took care of me while I was there. Good kid, ask for him if you come check out the dealer.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

Easy to get an appointment and repairs done on time. Service manager friendly and flexible. Parts prices reasonable and work completed on time. Very pleased overall.

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.

When we walked into Thompson BMW I wanted to look at the BMWX2 . We were told it was not Yet available. We were introduced to our sales person Denise Rossi. Little did we know we just hit the jackpot. Denise Was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She made the experience purchasing a new car a wonderful experience. From start to finish Denise helped me order my dream car. Every detail of the car we purchased came in perfect. We selected the New redesigned BMWX1 , I could not be happier. My wife and I decided I needed a used car December 12th 2019 Sands was the only place we were going but didn't want to share that information when we walked in I guess sometimes you need to keep people guessing. You know my wife and I have bought many new cars and it was the keep you here for 6 hours,disappear with registration,we can't give you numbers unless you commit to buy game. Well completely different was greeted by Greg a salesman ask what I was looking for we told he he graciously walked outside started the car came back in gathered so simple information at this point they had our business didn't show hand just yet Greg stated car was warm we would all take a ride. Closing the deal was actually pretty fast he presented Matt the sales manager paperwork Greg came back and said car is yours ,I mean it wasn't longer then 3-5 minutes from when Matt ran my wife's credit we had decision with amazing intrest rate. We were passed on to Rose a real sweetheart who had the wonderful job of taking care of all the paperwork God Bless Her, we chose to add gap insurance and I think with used cars an extended warranty doesn't hurt either take it from me I always get used the wife gets new lol.Rose spent maybe 30-45 minutes if that and I walked around thanked Matt,and Greg for making this the best experience ever. My only regret is I didn't realize they had 3 lots until the following day with so many used cars I may have bought something different and spent more but I'm happy. To all who helped us have a blessed holiday and my wife and I will be back to trade her car in on a new one.

I just purchased a new 2024 X3 xDrive30i at BMW of Doylestown. The customer service I received from entering the dealership to driving away with my new car was exemplary. James Erlikh in Sales was very knowledgable, professional and great to work with! I appreciated his patient style, answering my many questions comparing the X1 and X3, allowing me to make a very important, personal decision without pressure. Nicole Bishop in Finance was also helpful and pleasant to work with. Kerrie Greene is an expert in all things iDrive and walked me through an extremely helpful orientation. I also got a fair value of my trade-in. Overall I had a very positive customer experience!

I had 2 issues following my Detail visit. One involved unfinished cleaning of my dashboard area which was promptly remedied. The other was a missing letter ?K? from the rear of my car. New letters were ordered and I will make an appt this week to have them applied. Everyone was agreeable and most courteous.

Andrea was wonderful. She was helpful and took great care of us. Some bumps in the process, but she took control to fix the problem - which is rare.

I would highly recommend the Lexus of Wilmington to anybody who is looking to purchase any type of Lexus vehicle based the recent car buying experience at that Dealership.
