I drive a 2014 550i and needed a lot of work done on the car. Ben was very professional in working with me through the whole process, including communicating with the warranty company to have all of the work covered. Bryan Weber was extremely helpful when my car was towed to the shop on the afternoon of December 23. The service department was closing and would not reopen until December 26. Bryan recommenced a nearby hotel and arranged for a loaner car at the last minute so my husband and I would not be stranded over the holiday.
