Used BMW X5 SUVs for sale near Clifton Springs, NY

I have been a BMW owner for over 20 years as also my family is and my son just purchased his first New Mercedes through West her. They’re all wonderful experienced and have great advice. Also the service and the service department is beyond excellent you’re made to feel like you’re the only one in the room. Brianna has been a great consultant and right on top of everything. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Excellent selection and overall purchase experience. They took the time to understand our needs and make a decision that fit our budget. Will be back when the lease on our other vehicle is up in the spring!

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Universal Imports for 5 years now and have always been thrilled with the work. They have been able to effectively repair and acquire parts that are difficult to find. Will continue to use Mark and the family for all my car maintenance.

BMW Rochester is the best dealership with the top level dealership hardware and professionalism in serving customers. My X5 had check engine light on. I went to a BMW dealership near Binghamton and was told to replace LSM module. I was required to pay $993 for the replacement. After the replacement, the check engine light still on. I was required to replace DEM module with the $3.3k cost. I had to end the nightmare by coming to Rochester BMW dealer to resolve my X5 check engine problem. Thanks Brianna, the service advisor, and the professional service members for fixing Check engine light problem. They accurately identified the problem was caused by rodent chewed wire. They clearly listed the diagnosis result and the suggested repair items with the reasonable coat estimates. Very clear, very accurate and very professional with the integrity. I have to say customers including myself in Rochester MMW were treated so well by the very plight professionals. Rochester BMW is great cause they demonstrate the integrity and professionalism . They make me trust BMW again!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

I had a great experience working with Bob Johnson Leroy. The environment was clean and the staff were friendly. The overall experience went smooth.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

This place is amazing, they make you feel like part of the family as soon as you walk through the front door! Danny Z took great care of me on the Purchase of my Mercedes Benz! I will definitely be returning for my next purchase!

This vehicle is definitely super comfortable! A must buy if you have a big family. Very luxurious! The technology in this vehicle definitely makes it super safe to drive it. I give it 5 out of 5 stars 😁

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

I bought my truck in May and everything was smooth and above board. Great people and the place was clean and comfortable.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Purchased my fifth BMW, a 2025 X5 m40i. My last BMW was A 2024 X5 M60i so I have a little experience with both the V6 and V8 X5. The 8 cylinder is a beast and very fast, but the X5 is more of a luxury SUV than a performance car, so I opted for the Turbo Charged six cylinder. Plenty of power and about 10 mpg better gas mileage. I enjoy technology and have all the available packages. I find the tech reliable and easy to operate. I have 22” black wheels on my BMW, so I opted for the optional wheel and tire warranty as I’ve always had wheels fail by hitting pot holes, etc.
