My car had a recall, I was able to get an appointment easily, a loaner was ready for me to pick up when I got there, in and out in 15 mins. Recall was done quickly and I picked up my car easily. Service adviser, Sarina, was friendly and very helpful.

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. Now that's what I call " CUSTOMER SERVICE We wanted Sam to know that we appreciated his workmanship and customer service for a job well done for an extremely satisfied customer.

Very professional and friendly service. This is consistent each time I visit. For whatever reason, the car always has a new car feel after leaving the shop. While performing maintenance, the technician sends me what they are doing which keeps me informed.

You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Very good service, thank you, Jason! The problem was identified on Sunday at 6 pm, and tire installed the next morning. It is very convenient that BMW of Alexandria has service opened on Sunday. No other BMW in 100 mi radius is open for service. OV
