Brandon in service is so personal he knows everything about my family, arranges for someone to come and swap out my X5 for service knowing I have no time to even take a lunch. 10 star service... if that’s a thing ... across the board!

My alignment had to wait for a prior appointment to be completed. The delay was not the fault of my technician or customer service representative.

We had an excellent experience at this Subaru dealership. Overall experience was good, time frame on getting in finance was longer than expected based on other experiences. Could have used more finance people, especially being the end of the year.
