He and Steve Meyer, sales manager, spent time this Thursday on buying back our 2015 Avalon with 19k mileage, as my wife stopped driving. It was2k more than Carmax, and I was pleased with their quote. They are the ONLY PLACE TO GO TO WITHIN 50 miles!!!

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! I am 1st owner in my 2008 bmw x3 , I have 110,XXX. This car has been so reliable that I will not get rid of it, I mean why? Besides Wear n tear, ive replaced the alternator and coolant. The key is to buy the bmw brand and a mechanic who knows how to work on it. Before this car I had a 94' 318i in 1998-2007 that finally gave out at 220,xxx. Had I known the mechanic I have now, probably would've lasted longer.

First BMW I've owned so I'm still learning. Overall I'm very pleased with how it handles and rides. I've added a few things to dress it up and I'm having fun getting additional accessories!

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

The F30 design when not M Sport is muted, but when you get the M Sport package and all the goodies, it becomes the sports car that BMW intended. It just hit 100,000 and is starting to show wear with rattles from the dashboard and an increase in road/wind noise due to aging weatherstripping. Easy fix! I can say that with FBO that this car has been reliable - nothing major has broken and left me stranded. Sure, due to adding more power it has gone through spark plugs faster but you pay for that when you give it ~70hp more than factory. After upgrading the clutch and cooling system, I am completely worry free on this vehicle. If you want a comfortable cruiser, this car is not it. If you want a sports car, this is what you go for. They can be equipped with most any tech feature one would like - from HUD, Navigation, Parking Distance Control, Bluetooth, etc

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

This was a first time experience. Very satisfied. But right now I am trying to resolve a safety issue on my recently purchased 2020 Traverse. Currently Service Team attempting to resolve issue. So my response about repairs is skewed because issue hasn?t been resolved but it?s only been three days.

I couldn't be happier with this vehicle. It was made for ME! Its height makes it easy and painless to enter and exit the driver's seat with my arthritic knees....I just slide in & out in nicely! The "head up" feature is very helpful every day. Those are the best headlights ever for night driving. No complaints from this customer-in her 3rd X!

my only issue was the car was not properly cleaned/detailed. We found potato chips and trash under the seats and the seats were not cleaned of spots.

I went from a Minivan to A BMW and will never go back. My son bought me one It was about 8 years oldIt did start to have problems after about 5 years. Of course it's a 10 year old Car and problems were awaiting. I would buy a new one to make sure they Would be more reliable for me as a single woman driver so that I would not need repairs in the near future. I'm getting rid of mine and buying a newer model. Highs: 1. It feels and drives like a BMW: sure-footed, agile, responsive and tight. 2. Materials, fit/finish, and aesthetics are good. 3. Tech is great, I particularly like the heads-up display. 4. All this in a small, practical package with decent storage space in the back. Lows: 1. Run-flat tires are firm and make the ride rough. I replaced mine with standard tires which meant purchasing an aftermarket spare. 2. Standard front seats are too short for anyone over 6'. I purchased one with the sport seats. 3. Ingress/egress is a little tight. 4. Worst glove box ever made; small and designed so that things fall out when opened. Overall, this is a great car IF you're looking for the driving experience of a BMW in a small, efficient package. If you're looking for the cushy ride of a Buick, this may not be for you.
