Our salesman was Wayne Clarke, and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and was very accommodating. Overall all lt was a great car buying experience.

Fit and finish of a Audi is the best I've seen in any other vehicle I have owned. I've only had to change the oil, brakes, and tires.
I am really happy with the service provided to me at Audi Fort Myers. Mr Mike Lee and Mr Wayne Clarke were very helpful to me. I have had pretty bad experiences before in other car dealerships and therefore was afraid of the whole car buying process. But Audi Fort Myers really changed my view and made this whole process enjoyable. Mr Jared Mann also introduced himself which was very nice of him. I am really really happy with the whole experience. I think I might be driving only Audi my whole life now and will be preaching that too everyone

After driving a 2010 TSX for the last 5 years, I am sold on the brand. I just purchased a 2015 TLX a month ago and so far, like the TSX, it has not disappointed.
I had a good experience with Jeffre Barrack. Like most people, I also had a negative connotation associated with car salesman. However, Jeffre is one of the good ones. He was helpful, detailed and gave his honest explanation. The finance department was not as smooth and had a few bumps in getting the ball rolling and dealing with up-selling. In summary, my experience was good and much faster than i anticipated

We have an empty nest and this is a great car for traveling, excellent gas mileage, great price. The amenities and versatility are top of the line. Hook on Nissan.
Both Taylor and Roman were great to work with. Both followed up in a timely and with complete information. I visited 3 other dealerships for other brands and sadly they weren't even close to Audi of Fort Myers. They had outstanding knowledge of the product and services. Most of all the transaction was very transparent and more then fair.
Really satisfied with this car, love driving it!

Sal had my vehicle ready a day in advance, he kept me informed throughout the repair process, including additional repairs needed, and he gave me a great deal on new tires as well. I have been purchasing Audi's from this dealership since 2006 and have been extremely satisfied with the service staff. Dan Peach is awesome as well. I can't imagine driving anything other than an Audi because of the vehicle and the customer service received at the dealership.

I bought a 2016 A3 convertible premium plus package. While it is very stylish and pretty car. Inside there is no voice activation and Siri on apple phones gets shut off every time phone syncs to car . Also no power seats. It was A pricey car for the little options you get. Performance and style are the two big winners with this car.
Everyone was so courteous and helpful. Super clean and well organized. People seemed to really care about my needs. Love all the ???perks??? of being part of the Audi family.
Ford Expedition to Ford Explorer

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
Great service. Got me right in so didn???t have to come back. Nice surprise Changed my view of the dealership as this was my first visit to new location.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.

I thoroughly enjoy the Mercedes brand and yesterday I purchased a new 2018 SUV. It was big enough for all my needs and handles like a sedan. There is plenty of head and legroom in the front and back. I also appreciate all the safety features included in the model. Although the car is only six months old, I purchased it as "used" and saved a considerable sum. $$$ :)
I recently purchased a used vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs. It was a positive experience from start to finish. What has been most impressive though, is the follow up since the sale. I've reached out to my salesman (Thomas Nagy) multiple times with a variety of questions. Each time, he responded quickly and professionally. This was the kind of service Thomas promised as we were negotiating the sale, and he has delivered.

The truck was great on gas while still providing the power that Ford F-150's are known for. This truck has been incredible. Also has the ability to use Flex Fuel. Oklahoma Edition as well!
The level of service provided at this location is amazing. They know what you need even before you ask and they are willing to go extra mile. I highly recommend this dealership for all your Mercedes needs.
Ford should keep import that thing!

I have the sport which is the bottom of the line but it is more car and style for the money compared to other choices in their same league. I absolutely love it!!! Sole Red ...complements all the time! Great on gas!
I needed a new bulb for my taillight. I was helped by Alicia. since my other representative, Mike retired. I am a 90-year-old customer and have a 20-year-old Oldsmobile. You have taken care of my car for the 14 years I have lived in Naples. Alicia was so kind and helpful.
I am hoping she can be my service representative when I have future car problems.

Although at first I thought it might be to small for my family. But it is surprisingly roomy. Has pep and everyone seems to think it’s a sports car. Ha!! I haven’t had a SPORT car in over 25years “I’m old”

I WENT ON INTERNET EVERYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM SINCE 2015 WHEN SOME DUMB xxx ENGINEER DECIDED TO CHANGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL, IT'S BEEN THE SAME FOR ALL THE YEARS EVEN THE 2019'S, WHY HASN'T THIS BEEN FIXED?
As always they did a great job. From the minute I dropped my car off to when I picked it up they kept in touch with me and made it a great overall experience.

The CTS-V is the best combination of performance, luxury and styling for the money. Period. Very few cars boast a 200 mpg top speed and this one does it with 4 doors and a sunroof. It took a little while to learn how to tame this much power, but it is a lot of fun surprising other high performance legends out on the road. Hands down I would buy this car again...and again.
