1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Work perform on time. Fair price. Service manager was knowledgeable and explained what they did. Autumn Lance is the best! Highly recommend both buy from then and having service done there.

Great convertible. This car has attitude! Very comfortable, good looking, big power for a turbo-charged 6. Easy to drive, and easy to learn all the new bells and whistles.

I’m a 20+ year certified auto tech. I have experience with vehicles as early as the teens and as new as 2026 from all over the world. I hardly EVER have anyone work on my vehicles due to my concern it will not be done to the manufacturer standards or to mine. When I do get my Mercedes serviced or worked on by someone else, it is this dealership and only this one. I’m the second owner of my car and I’m over 200k miles with NO major repairs. This dealership has taken care of this vehicle since the original owner bought it new. Their techs are very knowledgeable and very experienced, service advisors are genuine, honest, they listen and put up with all my little concerns, (don’t wash it, don’t scratch my wheels, etc), the parts department has helped me out on several occasions. The sales department makes sure I get my hot coffee and they always take the time to show me the new models, knowing I won’t buy one. This dealership has done nothing but given me the upmost respect more than anyone I’ve ever met in the Industry. From the time I drop my keys off to the time I pick them up I’m worry free and I know I’m in good hands. If I didn’t own my own shop, this is where my tool box would be.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

I love my car.1 problem. Can't get the headlights right.Replaced the bulbs 1 month ago and they worked fine 1 month later they seem to have lost their edge and back to hard to see at night.looks excellent. Should have bought a BMW long ago.Maintnace Slightly higher

It's great very comfortable. It is like a new technology car I'm happy to drive a new car. I feel this is a great deal.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

Awesome to drive. Smooth around curves. Barely feel bumps in the road. Most comfortable seats ever had. Solid. Beautiful interior and exterior! Easy to park. Lots of room!

We had a software problem with our car and had it towed to Mercedes Benz of Asheville. Darrell in the service department was super helpful and the mechanics got the car up and running in short order. It great to work with a business where there is still excellent customer service.

This dealership has an excellent policy. I have been shopping for a new Jeep for about two years now. This dealership never overwhelmed me with follow up calls or texts. They also took me serious and were patient with me. I visited the dealership about four times in two years before I decided to buy. Other dealerships either ran me off for not buying what they had on the lot, or they wouldn’t take me serious about special ordering. Charles and Caleb earned my business because they worked as a team to listen to what I needed in a vehicle as well as what it would take to close the deal. I traded in a 2020 bmw m2 competition for a 2020 bmw CS. Both were bought new. The M2 Competition was an amazing little car but the CS takes it to another level. The adaptive suspension gives it a more compliant ride than the Competition. The acceleration is ferocious ( 0-60 in 3.8 seconds) and the handling is intuitive and precise but predictable. The seats are extremely comfortable even for a large guy like me ( 6’4” and 225 pounds). The stereo is cranking and the heated seats are just perfect. Very little in the way of other toys. No sunroof or electronic gimmicks to distract from the driving experience. Evo gave it car of the year in 2020 beating out Ferraris Lamborghinis Porsches Mclarens and rightly so. Resale value keeps climbing:)

Brian is both kind and courteous. I willl say that if you wish to peruse the lot apparently you will not know the prices of the car as in this dealership the sales folk must provide that information as it is not present on the car readily available.

I’m offered a complimentary breakfast which was great while I waited. Service was exceptional. I got my car back with explanation of what I may need in the future.. no hard sell! I am a automotive mechanic and have been looking for an amazing car. Test drove GTR, SHELBY GT500, CORVETTE, SUPRA ECT. Never thought that a 4 door Sedan like an F10 M5 machine would change my mind on the whole situation. This is by far the best car you can get for the money and none of the others can even keep up with it

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.
