This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Communication was great with Andrew, who spent an entire day messaging with me prior to my test drive to make sure I had the most convenient and efficient visit! They even sent an Uber for me! This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

The dealership is one of a kind. The GM was loads of fun and took care of everything.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Tony was great, from start to finish. I refuse to buy vehicles from where I live in northern Michigan, so buying out of state is normal for me. Some dealerships make this a difficult process- lie about the state of the vehicle, do not keep up with communication, etc. Not with Prime Rides Autohaus. This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever made. I didn't feel uneasy about it throughout the interactions I had with Tony. He kept his word and was very honest. Might just get my next car from him, they've got a decent lot with some great prices.

I have had car since 2021 and have no problems since purchase. Purchased car with 12500 miles at the time. Right now I am working from home, so not as much mileage daily, but performance is still good.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Bought this vehicle pre-owned in 2019 at a fabulously discounted price. Had only 19,000 miles on it at the time (probably only driven to church and the grocery by a nice widow). Now, in 2025, has 55,000 miles on it. Probably the best automobile I have ever owned. Performance is outstanding, repair history as good if not better than any other vehicle I owned. I added a BMW-focused, after-market Carplay system in 2021 to my existing onboard electronics system. Has worked very well and did an admirable of replacing the BMW Connected Drive system after the latter went dark. Biggest problem has been the tires wore out and I am replaciong the back struts and shocks, but some of that may be my fault. Otherwise, subjected to routine maintenance and had NO issues. Would buy again in a minute.

Very hard to get in but you'll get used to it. It also a great BMW. The stick moves when you switch sports etc.
