Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

our salesman, Steve T. treated us great. We stopped to look at a vehicle that was online. We briefly looked at that vehicle and didn't want it. After telling Steve exactly what we wanted, he searched the entire inventory and found a truck that had just come in in trade. We also talked to Joe and Dave during our purchase process. It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Worked with Mike Carter in purchasing our new 2024 Grand Highlander. Mike worked tirelessly to find us the car we wanted, a storm cloud blue, with black wheels, fully loaded platinum with very rare and hard to find Portobello Brown Leather Interior. Mike pulled it off and found us one that was allocated at another dealership. He was able to make an inside trade and got that car coming here for us. He kept us updated throughout the entire build and delivery process. Now let me say, I visited a couple of dealerships before visiting Titus Will and was met with Pushy sales people. The other dealers were also trying to cram $500 3rd brake light pulse system (which is a $15 part on amazon and takes 10 mins to install) as well as clear door edge guards for $800 (which is about $20 on amazon and takes about 5 mins to install) It's absolutely ridiculous what the other dealerships were trying to pull off.... AND they would absolutely refuse to remove the option because "it was already installed on the vehicle" Now coming to Titus Will, the only thing they tried to add on was a SWAT GPS Tracker. Which of course, I didn't want and they had no issue removing that option. I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to do that. I was able to negotiate a fair price for our trade-in and once that was all settled the paperwork process was very smooth. The Finance Manager was very pleasant, showed us all the options but was not pushy at all. The Dealership was very neat, clean and tidy and they had a very nice self serve espresso coffee bar. Our Vehicle was waiting in the covered, indoor delivery bay, freshly detailed and ready to go. All the employees we dealt with were very pleasant and professional. Overall, we were VERY pleased with our experience and highly recommend TITUS WILL TOYOTA OF TACOMA!

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

I have now purchased (2) vehicles from Rick Shaffer (Owner) of Hendersonville Auto Brokers. From both of my experiences RICK IS A STAND UP GUY: PERIOD! I purchased a 2013 Mercedes SL 550 back in June of 2022. Loved it, great car. After owning it for a couple of days I noticed that one of the eyebrow lights on the headlight wasn't working. Since I had purchased the car "as-is" with no "we owe" or anything else I called Rick asking if he knew someone that could replace it AT MY EXPENSE and that I understood that my purchase was "AS-IS". To my surprise and delight Rick said that it WAS NOT ON ME and to bring the car in and he would get the light replaced. Not a cheap or easy fix as the whole front fascia of the car has to be removed in order the replace the headlight. He provided me a loaner car while the light was replaced; again GREAT GUY. I know this is long but just before Christmas this year my step sons car threw a rod. $11,000 repair bill to replace the engine was not an option on his 2011 Hyundia Sante Fe. I thought we would take a look at what Rick had available. My step son found a 2015 KIA Soul and Rick made us a great deal on it. The car did have an open re-call from KIA which Rick (again) took care of and (again) provided a loaner car while this was done. Did I mention that he came in on Christmas Eve, Eve to meet us and make the whole thing possible? He did. GREAT GUY, GREAT DEALERSHIP. Rick is a man of integrity. I will recommend his dealership all day, everyday. Very rare in today's world.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

Our sakes person was Daisy Fuentes, she did an excellent job, The car that I purchased was ready for a test drive when we first arrived. The car looked and performed very well. My trade in was evaluated and after some conversation, a very reasonable offer was tendered which I accepted. When we arrived, I seriously did not think that I would buy the car, but Daisy and the others involved made a fair offer and arranged financing, this all occurred in less than 2 hours. I am most pleased with the way that I was treated, the professionalism of the personnel, and their preparedness for my visit.

This 4000 lb beast maneuvers like a sports car. As someone who's always been passionate about cars, I leaned towards vehicles like the 3 series coupe or Audi A5. However, when the need for family space arose, SUVs felt dull. Then I got behind the wheel of the X5. It's a revelation—you truly don't have to compromise. I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Definitely the best used car company around - highly recommended! I came here since they happened to have a specific car I was interested in and was amazed at the excellent service and low pressure sales. Zeke was wonderful to work with; he handled everything independently and it was great to not get the run around with multiple managers and sales people. He got me a fair price for my trade in and when the car I bought had a few mechanical issues (100k+ mi so not unexpected) he went above and beyond to figure out the issues and get me safely on the road. We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!
