I drove about 3 hours to look at a vehicle he had and when I got there he already had paperwork ready in case I decided to take the vehicle. STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

I leased my first 328i GTin 2014. My son was in an accident and the car saved his life. I replaced it with a 2015 GT. When that lease was up, I leased my 2017 330iGT. (All were new vehicles) And then, I bought it. The interior is larger than any other 3 series, with the same amount of back leg room as is in the 7 series. The interior materials are all of the finest quality, highly comfortable, easy to clean and looks amazing. I thought I would be losing power with the 4 cylinder engine, but this engine packs as much punch as an in-line 6. I opted to NOT get the tech package with the heads up display this time because I have to wear polarized sunglasses and you cannot see the display if wearing them. The BMW Navigation system leaves much to be desired. It is so unreliable that we choose to use our phones instead and utilize the nav mostly for the updated traffic information which is fantastic. The trunk space is one of my favorite features. We were able to move my daughter's entire apartment in that car! Table, desk, futon, bed, dresser, bookshelves as well as a frame for a full/twin bunk bed. Oh, and TV, computers...you know...all that extra stuff. I admit, her clothes went on a roof carrier. This car is safe, efficient, extremely roomy, powerful and looks like a million bucks driving down the road. I'm just really sad they stopped making them.

2016 BMW 228i xdrive convertible. The best part: reliability. We are approaching 94k miles and we've had no issues with this car. It feels solid, which is remarkable for a convertible. Everything works just as it should with just routine maintenance. I have only three complaints: the sport seats are my number one complaint. The seat has great lumbar support and is supportive, but the side bolsters on the seat cushion are rock hard and hurt my hips. I have to use a pad to raise myself up a little to ease the pain. The 2nd complaint, and this is worth noting, in comfort mode the throttle can be slow to react. This is so bad it got me rear ended once because the car simply did nothing for several seconds when I pressed the pedal down. Sport mode cures this. Lastly, it requires premium gas. Ford and others get similar horsepower results with regular gas, so I think BMW should be able to also.

2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

This was my first car and i definitely recommend. 1.It is super cute 2.it is small and easily maneuverable and fear of hitting something is low 3. it goes really fast so its easy to get up to right speed quickly. It brakes i would say are a little different at first but once you experiment you get the jist and they are actually very good. Overall I would recommend for the price and its an easy car to operate and goes fast.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

I highly recommend Denny Dotson Automotive. Ask for Charlie, he was great to work with. He didn't mess around. He gave me a good offer on my car (no negotiating, thank goodness), and the car we purchased was priced reasonably. Charlie answered my phone call at 9 am and I drove the car home by that afternoon. Charlie understood that I was coming from out of town and he made sure I could drive away with the car that day. He was willing to work with my local bank and had us out of there in no time. I love the M-sport package look on this car. It looks sleek and sporty. With a cold air intake this car sound beautiful. Rides great and can save a lot of gas in eco mode vs sport mode. Paddle shifters are fun and responsive.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I’ve had this car now for several years and it still hasn’t seen a repair shop. It is the most reliable car I’ve ever owned and I’ve own every brand over my 40 years of driving. It’s now 10 years old with 118,000 miles and runs like new. I can’t say enough about this BMW.
